• Designed a multi-layered feedback-gathering system to engage middle school and high school parents, students, teachers, and counselors in the investigation of grade 6 to 12 math pathways

• Facilitated a curricular resource adoption process that included researching and collating internationally-available resources, creating a structure to vet the resources in the classroom, and designing a method for resource selection

• Co-founded Quest: an all-day, year-long program designed to provide students with a personalized learning experience that include an immersion in integrated humanities, engineering, math, and science curriculum, instruction, and assessment

• Pioneered the Data Science pathway in the high school, which include the Data Analytics course and Data Analysis and Visualization course

• Taught qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research skills to prepare students for their student-led study resulting in a thesis paper, thesis presentation, and thesis defense

• Initiated, organized, and managed a system for an industry partnership program, which include more than 300 mentors, guest speakers, internship supervisors, job shadow professionals, and connectors

• Introduced rubric-based mathematics assessment, grading, and reporting system that are based on Common Core Power Standards in Functions, Statistics, and Trigonometry and Algebra 1 courses
